Acceptable Use Policy
What may not be done with agental, and how to report abuse. It applies to you, to your agents, and to anyone using your keys.
Last updated 4 November 2026
Not allowed
- Anything illegal where you are, in Bulgaria or the European Union, or where the target of the activity is.
- Child sexual abuse material, of any kind. We report it to the authorities.
- Content that incites violence or terrorism, or is illegal hate speech.
- Infringing other people's intellectual property, or their privacy, including publishing personal data without a lawful basis.
- Making malware to harm others, spreading it, or running botnets, command-and-control servers or ransomware.
- Attacking systems you do not own or are not authorised to test: scanning, brute-forcing passwords, exploiting vulnerabilities, denial of service, or flooding with traffic.
- Phishing, fraud or impersonation, or pages that collect passwords or payment details under false pretences.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages by any channel, or trying to get around agental's email limits.
- Mining cryptocurrency, or other proof-of-work or proof-of-space workloads.
- Running open proxies, open mail relays, Tor exit relays or VPN services for others, or otherwise hiding where abusive traffic comes from.
- Trying to break out of a sandbox, to reach other customers' machines or data, the hosts, or our internal network, or to get around limits, metering or billing.
- Using a sandbox in a way that harms the service or other customers, such as deliberately exhausting shared resources.
- Opening several accounts, or saving several cards, to get more free credit or higher limits.
Security research
Testing your own sandboxes, and systems you are authorised to test, is fine. If you find a vulnerability in agental itself, report it to [email protected] and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Do not access other customers' data, degrade the service, or run denial-of-service tests against it. We will not take action against good-faith research that follows these rules.
What we do about abuse
We may stop a sandbox, block its traffic, revoke a key, switch off email, or suspend an account, in proportion to what we find. Where it can wait, we write to you first. When we restrict something, we tell you what we did, why, and how to ask us to reconsider, unless the law or an investigation does not allow it. We may report illegal activity to the authorities, and keep the evidence the law requires.
Reporting abuse or illegal content
Anyone may report abuse coming from agental, or content in it they believe is illegal, to [email protected]. Please include:
- the IP address, host name or web address involved;
- when it happened, with the time zone;
- what happened, with logs or other evidence;
- for content, why you believe it is illegal;
- your name and email address (not required when reporting child sexual abuse material);
- a statement that you believe the report is accurate and complete.
We confirm that we received the report, decide on it promptly, and tell you what we decided.
Contact points
Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), our single point of contact for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and for people who use agental, is [email protected]. We can be contacted in English and Bulgarian.
Asking us to reconsider
If we restricted your account or content and you think we were wrong, reply to our notice or write to [email protected] within six months. We look at it again and tell you the outcome. You may also go to court, or to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the Digital Services Act.
