The same rates on every plan.

An hour of a running sandbox, billed by the second. A plan’s dollars buy time at these rates and nothing else.

10 snapshots free, then $1.70 a month each. Email at $0.50 per 1,000 messages.

By the second.

A run of 90 seconds on a small costs $0.0007.

Stopped, for 5%.

The whole disk is kept until you delete it. Keep its memory too, and every process comes back as it was, for 10%.

Stops when you say.

Give it a time limit and it stops itself, disk kept.

Past the plan.

Top up any amount from $15, at the same rates. It never expires.

Top up more, get more back.

From $200, a top-up adds a bonus: 2% at $200, rising to 25% at $10,000. It applies on every plan.

What people ask before they pay.

The hard questions first, answered plainly.

Which plan should I start on?

Free, for tiny and small sandboxes, paid as they run. Move up on the day you need a larger size or more running at once: Fleet adds medium, Platform makes every size, and Scale runs 2,000 at once.

What if my agents start more at once than the plan’s free burst?

They start. Nothing is refused for being fast: each one past the free burst costs a few cents, about $0.04 for a small sandbox when you start twice the burst at once, taken from your plan’s credits. You set a monthly budget for it, $50 unless you change it.

What happens to my sandboxes if I move to a smaller plan?

They keep their size, and start and stop as before at the same rates. New ones are made in the sizes of the new plan.

What does a stopped sandbox keep, and for how long?

Its whole disk, 40 GiB on a small, until you delete it, for 5% of its running price: $0.99 a month for a small. Start brings back the same sandbox. Stop it with its memory kept and start puts back every process as it was, for 10%: $1.97 a month for a small.

What does the free plan cost?

Nothing a month. Save a card, charged $0, and get $10 of credit, once. What runs is paid from it and from top-ups, at the same rates. 2 small sandboxes run at once until your first top-up, then 20. When the credit runs out, running sandboxes stop; stopped ones and snapshots are kept 30 days for a top-up, with an email before they go.

Can an agent run up a bill while I sleep?

Give a sandbox a time limit, when you make it or in its template, and it stops itself once it has run that long. Without one it runs until it is stopped. When the plan’s credits and your top-ups run out you are told, and running sandboxes are stopped at once, with their disks kept.

You are new. What if you disappear?

Every sandbox answers SSH, so its files can leave with scp whenever you like. Your account’s records export from Settings.

Can I talk to a person?

Yes. Write to [email protected] and the people who built it answer.
