The account is open again, with its sandboxes as they were left.

204 The account is open again, with its sandboxes as they were left. Its plan, API keys and mail are not brought back.
Errors and other answers
| 403 | session_required an API key cannot do this. A person signed in can, from Settings in the console. |

Every error answers { "error": { "code", "message" } }; a key without the action a call needs answers 403 key_action_forbidden, naming it.
