204 It is not the organization's any more: its jobs are not run here. The App stays installed on GitHub until it is uninstalled there.

403	session_required, or
403	`forbidden` only an owner or an admin of the organization.
404	`not_found` no such installation is connected to the organization.

Every error answers { "error": { "code", "message" } }; a key without the action a call needs answers 403 key_action_forbidden, naming it.
